A full TMR digital strategy starts with a comprehensive audit of your current digital presence — website, SEO, paid media, social media, and analytics. From there we build a channel-by-channel plan with recommended budgets, priority actions, timelines, and the KPIs we’ll measure success against. Depending on your needs, we can deliver the strategy as a standalone document or move straight into execution across all channels.
A strategy audit and plan typically takes two to three weeks — one week for the audit and data gathering, one to two weeks to build the channel plan and brief document. If you’re ready to move into execution immediately, we can begin campaign work in parallel with the strategy build so nothing is delayed unnecessarily.

The most common issue we see is channels running independently — paid ads driving traffic to pages not optimised for conversion, SEO targeting keywords that don’t reflect what the sales team is actually selling, social content disconnected from the paid campaign messaging. A strategy audit often surfaces quick wins you can act on immediately before longer-term work takes effect.
It depends on three things: your goals, your audience, and your current baseline. A business needing immediate leads in a short sales cycle is usually best served by Google Ads first. A business building brand awareness with a longer consideration cycle needs a different mix — more content, more social, more SEO. We don’t have a preferred channel. We recommend what the data and your goals justify.
We review performance monthly and update the strategy formally every quarter. Monthly reporting covers what happened across each channel with recommendations for the next period. Quarterly reviews step back from the numbers to assess whether the overall direction is still right — and adjust the channel mix, budget allocation, and priorities based on what’s changed in your business and the market.
That depends on what you’re actually trying to achieve — and we define it with you before any work begins. For most clients it’s a combination of: cost per lead or cost per acquisition, organic traffic growth, conversion rate on key pages, and return on ad spend. We don’t report on vanity metrics like impressions or follower counts unless they directly connect to a revenue outcome. Everything we track feeds back to what your business is actually trying to do.
